The powerball in my opinion is a waste of money. however let's say I win it, this being less likely than being struck with lightning, :"I.....would move away from this place on the spot. either north carolina, or maybe new zealand."   Regardless I do not understand with how many pay to play the powerball, and more often than not people barley win anything. to me it seems like a waste of time effort and money.  Unless you found a riged way of winning, than go right ahead.
