the federalist supported the constition. James madison is the farther of the contition. the federalists papers were writen in support to the constition. Delaware was the first state to go with the constition. 9th state is new hampshire.  last state was Rhode Island.  Some federalists were, Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and john jay. And some anti-federalists were Patrick Henry, George Mason, and Richard Henry Lee.
