I think it "is" going aginst her relegion if she did tell them that she "can not wear mens clothes", and than they turn around and fire her after they said "it won't be a problem". I have really never understood very many relegions much, however if they truley said it wont be a problem than I don't see why she should "not" sue them for being like that to her.
